This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website at https://alfasports.com.au/. Orders placed through third-party platforms or resellers are not eligible for returns or refunds under this policy.
To avoid delays or issues, please ensure all shipping and contact details you provide are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered packages or failed refunds due to incorrect information.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and store credit:

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

The product should be in resalable condition and accompanied by the original invoice.
📦 Note: Customized or personalized items and clearance/final-sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

We may request images or videos to verify any issues with your item.

If your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions or a shipping label (if applicable).

4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued as store credit, which you can use for future purchases on our website.
